Services Offered

Snout Aufriends provides a variety of pet care services, including but not limited to regular day walking, holiday dog walking, pet feeding & visits, cat feeding, dog minding, pet sitting, and day care.

Booking and Confirmation

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our official communication channels. A service is only confirmed once Snout Aufriends has acknowledged the booking and provided a confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their pet’s health, behavior, and any special needs. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses or parasites before any service.

Pet Safety and Well-Being

Snout Aufriends prioritizes the safety and well-being of all pets in our care. However, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur due to pre-existing conditions or sudden incidents beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon confirmation of booking. Clients may pay through secure methods as outlined by Snout Aufriends.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice: To cancel or reschedule a service, clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will receive a full refund or credit towards a future booking.
  • Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the service fee.

Holiday Cancellations

During peak holiday seasons, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice during these periods may incur a 75% charge.

No-Show Policy

In cases where Snout Aufriends arrives for a scheduled service and cannot access the pet or location, a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service fee will apply.
